preach, clarkson, preach.
yesterday night i went to go see fun. and they were amazing. their set felt so fast to me, which obviously means that i was enjoying myself. their sound didn’t deviate from the way they sound on their album which is always a good thing. i loved that they played songs from both aim & ignite and some nights. they played “all the pretty girls”, “the gambler” and “some nights”, which are three of my favorite songs. and my sister was really excited when they played “one foot” since that’s her current jam. my sister described nate ruess in a funny way. she said, “he’s like kurt (from glee) come undone, with a shot of hennessy”, which from what i saw is true. i had to move to the balcony seating which was still a great view of the stage, but my friend was up close and she took these photos for me. hopefully the next time they’re on tour they will come around these parts again.
